Taproot Learning Connections started in 2023 with a simple idea: learning works best when it's built around people. Our founder, Megan Gutierrez, brought more than 20 years of instructional design and learning strategy to the work.
Today we're a woman-owned team of instructional designers, developers, and project managers. We work with organizations across the country, either as one senior consultant embedded with your team or as a full Taproot team managing the work for you.
Every project starts the same way. We figure out the result you need, look at what's already working, then design backward from there. It's how we make sure training makes a real difference.
